Questions about Learn
Can I require members to complete a course?
Yes. Executives and moderators can mark a course as required for a role or group. The course shows in the member's Drafts inbox until they complete it.
Do quiz scores affect anything?
Quizzes have a pass threshold. Below threshold blocks the badge but does not lock the user out. Members can retake unlimited times.
Can I link to an external course like LinkedIn Learning?
Yes. The External + quiz format expects a link-out to any provider, then a short return quiz on OneSpot to confirm completion before the badge is awarded.
Where do badges live?
On member profiles, on the Insights leaderboard, and in the Course detail page (count of badges issued). Badges are visible to anyone in the same space.
