Executive Director (full access), Moderator (can broadcast and moderate), Member (participates), Viewer (read-only). Roles are assigned per space and govern access across every module.
Can a member belong to multiple groups?
Yes. Members are added to any number of groups. Group membership scopes what threads, decisions, and broadcasts they see.
How does contribution tracking work?
OneSpot counts the artefacts you've authored: decisions led, threads started, broadcasts published, courses completed. The counts live on your profile and feed Insights.
